Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and integration of agentic AI solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation.
- Manage cross-functional teams (actuarial, finance, data science, engineering, UI/UX) on the AI implementation project.
- Support actuarial and finance functions in expanding the use of AI tools for valuation, reporting, and analysis.
- Train and guide on AI, machine learning, data engineering, and web development.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering agentic AI solutions, ideally within financial services.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, with practical use of modern AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Proven ability to design and integrate agentic AI capabilities
- Solid experience leading projects and guiding cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
