Job Responsibilities
- Possess a strong understanding of group insurance products and pricing.
- Effectively manage and service renewal accounts through intermediaries
- Keep track of renewal timelines and send out renewal invitations in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy in renewal data for billing
- Manage and resolve escalations by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Work closely with the operations team on operational matters.
- Partner with the claims team to resolve claims related escalations and update intermediaries/clients.
- Ensure timely payment of premium by clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
