Key responsibilities
- Prepare and scan hard copy files into electronic format
- Monitor image quality and ensure accurate digitisation
- Update file locations and metadata in the records system
- Assist with records management activities and file movements
- Support internal and external digitisation projects
- Respond to basic records enquiries in line with service standards
- Maintain accurate tracking and statistics for digitised files
- Experience in records or information management environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes accurately
- Comfortable using computers and scanning or document management systems
- Organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
