- ICT Procurement Business Partner (Manager level) – NSW Government
- $950 per day + super
- Initial contract to 30 October

- Sydney CBD or Parramatta based - Hybrid
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end ICT procurement activities (strategy through to sourcing and award)
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape procurement approaches aligned to business outcomes
- Develop sourcing strategies, business cases and market engagement approaches
- Lead complex negotiations to deliver value-for-money outcomes
- Ensure compliance with NSW Government procurement frameworks and policies
- Manage supplier engagement and contribute to market shaping initiatives
- Provide expert procurement advice across large-scale programs and technology initiatives
- You will come with experience as an ICT Procurement Manager / Sourcing Lead with strong government or enterprise experience.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end ICT procurement
- Strong knowledge of NSW Government procurement frameworks (e.g. SCM0020 highly regarded)
- Experience across complex ICT categories (software, infrastructure, digital, managed services)
- Demonstrated ability to lead commercial negotiations and sourcing strategies
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to partner with senior business and technical leaders
- Experience developing procurement strategies, RFx documentation and evaluation processes
- High-impact ICT procurement role within a major NSW Government agency
- Work across complex, high-value technology programs
- Strong day rate of $950 + super
- True ICT procurement manager/business partnering role with strategic influence (not a contract admin role)
