Rob is a Senior Director at EBC, where he partners with companies across Singapore and Asia Pacific to deliver contracting and interim solutions.

With over 16 years in recruitment and more than a decade based in Singapore, Rob has built an expansive network of accomplished senior executives spanning Professional and Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Technology. His approach is relationship driven and solutions focused: he works as a long-term partner to both clients and candidates, not a transactional recruiter.

In more than 8 years at EBC, Rob has led the Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting and Finance, and HR practices, delivering executive contracting solutions across corporate functions, operations and professional services. He also co-led EBC's Regional Learning and Development function from 2023 to 2024.

Rob began his recruitment career in the UK in 2008 with a boutique consultancy, leading contracting and interim recruitment for the public sector. His work included investigative and intelligence-based recruitment projects for UK police forces, law enforcement and government agencies, regulatory bodies and forensics teams, both in the UK and internationally.
