Raiza is an experienced leader with more than 10 years of experience in talent research and candidate sourcing, spending most of her career supporting large MNCs including Credit Suisse, Willis Towers Watson and Western Union.

Based in the Philippines, Raiza joined EBC to build out the specialist sourcing functions there, covering corporate functions (Legal, Supply Chain, A&F etc), Banking and Financial Services, Life Sciences and Technology.

She is skilled in strategic sourcing, market mapping, talent intelligence and the use of EBC's technology tools including AI search systems and Business Intelligence tools.

She is a highly experienced sourcing professional, holding a Master of Management degree focused on Business Management from the University of the Philippines.
