Based in London, David leads Ethos BeathChapman’s business in the UK and Europe. He leads our client offering in both permanent and interim/contract recruitment.

 

With over 25 years of recruitment & consulting experience, David partners with Director and C-level stakeholders to understand their challenges and to define and deliver the right solution – whether that be Interim Management, Permanent Recruitment or Executive Search. In addition to this, he has experience in supporting transformation programs for both multi-national businesses and UK organisations as a PMO, Project Manager and Business Analyst.

 

His experience in the industry is broad-ranging industry but has particular expertise in Financial Services, FinTech, Private Equity portfolios and Business/Professional Services.

 

His key disciplines are Change & Transformation, Legal, Risk & Compliance, IT & Data and Finance.

 

David has a passion for diversity & inclusion in the workplace. Outside of work, his hobbies include music, food, travel, running and football.
