Carme is a Senior Consultant at EBC, specialising in Marketing appointments across the Financial Services sector in Asia. She partners with organisations across banking, asset management, fintech and payments, supporting them in identifying and attracting high-calibre talent across the region.

With over a decade of experience in recruitment and executive search, Carme has developed a strong track record of delivering mid-to-senior and executive-level mandates and building long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates. Prior to relocating to Singapore, she was an Associate Director at LHH in Barcelona, where she was recognised as a European Top Performer in 2024, 2025 and the first half of 2026.

Carme takes a highly consultative and relationship-led approach to search. She believes the best outcomes come from truly understanding a client’s business, culture and ambitions, while building trusted relationships with candidates throughout their careers.
