Ben Davies serves as Executive Chair of Ethos BeathChapman, supporting the growth of the business across Asia.

He is also CEO of ChapmanCG, where he is responsible for the continued global expansion of the business across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. He has played a pivotal role in driving ChapmanCG's rapid growth and brings deep expertise in senior executive search across major international markets.

Prior to his current role, Ben led senior executive search assignments for top multinationals across EMEA, North America and Asia Pacific at ChapmanCG, and before that at the London office of Korn/Ferry International. His global mandate includes strengthening ChapmanCG's relationships with client headquarters across EMEA and North America.

Ben is passionate about best practice in executive search and recruitment, with a strong focus on driving innovation in methodology and process. He regularly advises key clients as they build and scale their businesses internationally, with particular expertise in rapid-growth and emerging markets.

Ben holds a degree in Sports Science from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and has completed ultra-marathons in both Mongolia and Ecuador.
