Our client, a leading NSW Government Department seek a Manager Property Coordination to join their Macquarie Park team on a 6 month contract with potential for extension.

The Manager Property Co-ordination is responsible for providing advice and policy formulation to ensure the Organisation has state-wide consistency in the delivery of property strategies. The role assesses and provides strategic advice to ensure optimal land strategies and divestment outcomes.

Skillsets of importance:
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in a range of property and commercial matters.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills as well as the ability to find solutions.
  • Relevant qualifications in a property based discipline or extensive experience in property.
  • The applicant should know how to read deposited plans and title searches, have at least a basic understanding of zoning and able to manage staff.
As the role is relatively specialised to government the successful candidates in the role have generally come from a local, state or federal government property background.
