Our client has a great opportunity that has open up on their team for a Finance Analyst based in beautiful Sydney. Flexibility to work from home 2 days a week. 

Deliverable's include:
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reporting and analysis at a project level including forecasts across all financial KPIs and cost report generation
  • Support the compilation of project level financial results for monthly management reporting
  • Responsible for TM1 administration across a collection of Development projects including:
  • Budget and stock management (create, release and update budgets, release lots, update pricing)
  • Review and resolve reconciliations of TM1 to other Finance systems (Salesforce, Oracle etc), ensuring project data integrity.
  • Assigning and reallocation of actuals (revenues and costs)
  • Contribute to the year-end reporting processes including journal preparation and posting, receipting / invoice generation and billing events etc
  • Support Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager in undertaking scenarios to quantify risk and opportunities
  • Support monthly CA financial reporting, including updates to actuals, forecasting overheads and other future cash-flows, reconciling to the trial balance and updating TM1 (or other relevant system), ensuring that accurate positions are reflected as included in monthly management reports

Must have skills & experience:
  • CA qualified
  • Relevant tertiary degree
  • Previous experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel

Nice to have skills & experience
  • Background working in Property
  • Experience with Oracle and TM1

Assignment is full-time for 8 months (end date 31/03/2023) with the potential to be extended. Candidate required to be in the office Tuesday, Thursday and an additional day of their choosing.
