  • Immediately available, HR business partner opportunity, offering flexibility to work remotely and / or hybrid from the office. Will suit a mature HR Business Partner looking to progress in a dynamic culture.
  • It is a true generalist role working with senior stakeholders across ANZ and on projects with the Head of HR, APAC
  • Apply your high-level capability in a truly autonomous role with the right level of support from an inspiring and empowering HR leader.
  • It is a matrix structure that requires you to lead and influence in the complexities of a fast-paced growth company. The HR model includes global COE’s however locally you get to customise and build.
  • There will be the opportunity to mentor and develop other HR business partners as you assume a senior role across Australasia.  
  • Growth is accelerating through acquisitions and as operation scale up it requires HR to be increasingly agile, moving between the strategic and operational requirements.
  • Due to the nature of the business and need to be seasoned HRBP this FTC is best suited to folks with a technology, financial or professional services background.
