A leading FMCG company has a fantastic opportunity for a Group Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Papua New Guinea. Leading the Supply Chain for both domestic and export markets, the Group Supply Chain Manager will for part of the senior leadership team and be responsible for both Supply Chain strategy and operations.

The Group Supply Chain Manager will identify opportunities to enhance Supply Chain operations, devise improvement plans and implement key actions across processes, systems and people. Whilst driving change/transformation, the Group Supply Chain Manager will also be responsible for effectively leading Supply Chain operations from raw materials and packaging sourcing through to distribution and customer service. All planning, S&OP and logistics functions will also report into the Group Supply Chain Manager.  

You will have extensive experience in end to end Supply Chain ideally within the Consumer Goods industry. You will have a proven track record in developing and/or transforming Supply Chain function’s including procurement, planning and capability building. You will have strong business acumen, an ability to influence at a senior leadership level, and have excellent engagement skills across Supply Chain and commercial functions.
