An international consumer goods brand is hiring an ESG Program Manager to drive global supplier ESG risk assessments and reporting initiatives. You will lead supplier engagement, data collection, analysis, and reporting to support ESG compliance, audit readiness, and responsible sourcing. Working closely with regional Procurement Leads, you'll deliver insights on supplier performance against corporate ESG goals.

As ESG Program Manager, you will plan and manage supplier ESG questionnaires prioritising strategic suppliers, map supplier risk profiles, and analyse data to benchmark supplier performance.

In addition, you will develop dashboards and visuals to make ESG risks and maturity levels clear and actionable. Working in collaboration with procurement, sustainability, and compliance teams will be key, as will preparing reports and audit-ready documentation. You’ll also recommend improvements to help suppliers meet ESG standards.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in ESG program management, Supply Chain risk assessment and/or Sustainability reporting. You will have had exposure to ESG frameworks like GRI, TCFD, and CSRD as well as supplier risk methodologies. Lastly, you will be confident managing cross-functional projects and engaging suppliers effectively.
