Our client is a significant NSW Government organisation. The Digital Analytics and Reporting Analyst is accountable for implementing targeted customer experiences across digital and social marketing channels using data, technology and analytics; the role collaborates with the website team to deliver seamless onsite experience; it provides reports and key insights, audience segmentation and recommendations to the marketing teams for the design of campaigns.
Skills & Experience required
Experience working with the Google Marketing Platform, particularly Google Analytics 360, Google Analytics 4 and Data Studio
Demonstrated skills in Analystics and Reporting with expert experience in digital and social marketing channels and tools - SEM, Google Tag Manager etc
Excellent analytical and solutioning skills - expertise in defining digital analytics, managing attribution and data driven marketing strategies that deliver demonstrable business outcomes.
Solid experience in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Social)
Experience with designing and implementing Personalisation and Testing programs (e.g. Salesforce Interaction Studio or equivalent, advantageous)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to communicate complex and detailed information simply and effectively
Strong project management and workflow management skills
