Our client a leading NSW Government Department are looking for tender Scope Writer to join their team on a contract up until April next year with high potential for extension. The Organisation will soon be going to tender for external (outsourced and relief labour) cleaning and waste management services at Transport Interchanges and Multistorey Car Parks across the Customer Experience branch. The Contract Review and Tender Scope Writer will review the current cleaning and waste contracts, and develop the tender scope of works, detailed asset lists and tender returnable pricing schedules. Once complete, the role may also assist with the tender process and the full set-up of the cleaning contracts for the outsourced cleaning and waste locations.

Ensuring industry best practice is achieved, and the Organisation gets the best value for money from the new cleaning and waste contracts.
Updated and improved cleaning and waste management scope documents that will be used in upcoming procurement activities
Improved and innovative reporting templates and requirements for contract management activities
Improved stakeholder relationships
Essential Skills / Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business or finance.
Minimum of three to five years’ experience in procurement-based roles, including experience in scope and tender writing and bid management
Strong written and verbal communication and demonstrated success at building relationships with key people and working collaboratively across all levels.
Experience in the Cleaning and Waste industries. (desirable but not essential)
