Our Sydney based client is an organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and innovation. We are currently in need of a Senior Business Analyst with strong controls and data tracability experience to undergo a 2+ year program of work. 

You will be integral to helping its vision by playing a key role in the delivery of controls analysis for the business.  Your expertise will be in business, system, governance and risk mitigating controls with some experience across complex regulatory driven programs.
 
Responsibliities include:
  • Understand,  identify and document risk controls to explore critical data element (CDE) requirements
  • Work with risk groups to deep dive into controls analysis, completeness, risk assessments and compliance
  • Agile delivery experience and senior stakeholder management including line1 risk teams
  • Project experience that may be from large governance, security, privacy management, data and technology, risk and regulatory projects 

Experience Required:
  • 5 years as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally in financial services
  • Project experience specifically around risk and/or data controls and conducting data lineage, data mapping and assessments.
  • Ideally controls exploration experience around data or risk with an an understanding of CDE/ CDRE
