With nearly three years of diverse recruitment experience in Banking and Financial services, she is passionate about providing tailored recruitment solutions that match the right talent with the right opportunities and is known for fostering long-term relationships built on transparency and trust.

Shayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, majoring in Marketing, from Singapore Management University. Her journey into recruitment began by chance, igniting a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the careers of others.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Shayne enjoys spending time with her two cats, sweating it out at Reformer Pilates, and soaking up the sun at the beach.
