Rachel Lim Jie Ying

​As a specialist within Ethos BeathChapman’s Talent Engagement team, Rachel focuses on sourcing and delivering exceptional candidates to address the talent needs of our clients. She specialises in Banking & Financial Services searches for middle office roles from senior to C-level hires.

Prior to joining EBC, Rachel spent the first two years of her recruitment career as a specialist consultant for retail banking sales roles, recruiting largely for wealth managers, insurance and investment specialists. Rachel possesses extensive experience in headhunting, talent consulting, relationship management and fulfilling clients’ talent requirements.

Rachel enjoys the fulfilment of helping candidates achieve their maximum potential in their career path. She believes in the journey of understanding candidate motivations on a personal and professional level, establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with them at the same time.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family (her young niece and nephew especially) and enjoying a good cup of coffee!
