Jonathan Lasenby

Jonathan leads Ethos BeathChapman’s technology team in Singapore. He is known to partner on executive search for leading multinational brands specialising in technology, telecommunications and digital services.

With over a decade of executive search experience, Jonathan has been working in recruitment since 2007. Alongside his exposure in Western Europe, he has witnessed and influenced key hiring decisions in various emerging markets including Indonesia, Philippines and the South Asian continent.

Jonathan’s specialisation is in CxO hiring and solution recruiting based on relevant business issues. His ability to swiftly understand how key skills and leadership can relate to a client being steps ahead of the competition, has positioned him as a ‘go-to partner’ for the dynamic organisations that he supports.

Jonathan has delivered comprehensive search assignments for clients in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, UK, Sweden as well as Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, Hong Kong, Vietnam and Bangladesh.

Apart from being a keen rugby enthusiast, you will typically find him outdoors with his Australian Shepherd “George”.
