Our client, a global Financial Services institution, on a search for a Senior Manager/Head of FP&A function to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This will be an initial 12-month contract.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the FP&A team in developing and maintaining financial models, forecasts, and budgets for the Asia region.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management across various countries.
  • Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support regional business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Financial Operations team to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the executive team and regional directors.
 
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in FP&A or related roles.
  • Previous experience in Financial Services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in costing, financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders across different countries.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
