A global Chemicals company with a strong presence in Asia are looking to hire a Regional Souring Manager for Capex to join the procurement organisation based in Singapore. This exciting opportunity is offered on an 18 month contract basis and will lead strategic sourcing for CAPEX projects and support category development for the region.

The role will work across the entire Capex category and undertake Capex sourcing projects including relocations, upgrades and refurbishments. The Regional Sourcing Manager will work with the category team to develop strategies and identify key cost savings and commercial benefits across the organisation.  

This position requires an individual with a strong background in Indirect Procurement (ideally CAPEX or related spend), stakeholder management, supplier management, contract management and excellent communication skills as well the ability to deliver cost savings and efficiencies.
