Receive requests on facilities ( stationaries / fengshui fountain, toilet repairs, electrical or mechanical faulty jobs,air con, cooler drinks, order / collect food, packing jobs, signage put up, fridge clearance ) / supervise cleaners / security issues, plan & assign jobs; handle in person if they not around, if needed ( PP / BIG )
Issue outing couriers, get senders to sign and indicate cost centre
Receive incoming couriers and inform stakeholders to collect from reception
Receive incoming mails, sort and place in mail room for Dept IC collection
Use SAP system to raise Purchase Requisition. Request for Purchase Order No., inform vendor, perform Goods Receipt based on invoice and pass to AP.
Support staff on default WFH, cheques deposits administration for AP/ commercial teams,Prepare letters, excel worksheets, powerpoint slides for projects
Requireme
Minimum GCE "N" Level
Proficient in MS Office – Word / Excel / Powerpoint
Proficient in SAP – PR / PO / GR / liaising with vendors
Fluent in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
