Our NSW State Government client is looking for a Program Manager to manage multiple projects and workstreams to deliver the new program of work. You will be responsible for end to end management and execution of the Program, leading the overall program of work with strong attention to strategy implementation and delegation. This role provides oversight and leadership to the business and corporate services workstreams in the establishment of inhouse services.

As a Program Manager you will be responsible for team, business and operational leadership, program governance, program and project management, business, financial and operational management to support the required aims and objectives of the Program.


You Must Have:
  • Demonstrated extensive experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders, including planning at the program level and monitoring progress, managing resource utilisation across projects and aligning deliverables with the program and project outcomes, ideally in a Health setting
  • Demonstrated experience working at a senior level within an organisation and a sound understanding of program and project management, stakeholder management and communications, and strategy and governance processes.
  • Extensive experience working with and managing senior stakeholders, in a complex environment, with an ability to communicate effectively with executives, clinicians, subject matter experts, and IT staff.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and engaging cross-functional groups to understand the implications of complex business problems and delivering long term solutions.
  • Relevant certifications in program and project management and a minimum of 10-years relevant experience required.
  • Experience in the application of Change Management Methodology such as ADKAR
