The role is responsible for data domain advice and assurance services. It works work closely with team members in the directorate and across the division to provide architectural assurance and advice relating to the CT/OT data portfolios. The role is responsible for ensuring any application integration is conformant to the appropriate integration and data frameworks, standards and platform, and directly supports CST data teams in delivery of data roadmaps and assurance activities.

Key accountabilities:

• Under direction of the Manager, support branch data teams on the development of whole-of-cluster enterprise data architecture strategies, frameworks, and governance as required
• Enable the Division to leverage and maintain data management content (e.g. common information model, patterns, data catalogue) and stay informed on current data frameworks (DataVault, ISA95, DMBOK/DMM).
• Support the EA team in their strategy and roadmap activities through bringing intellectual rigor and best practice approaches to developing data architecture.
• Provide ongoing specialist advice on complex data architectures, data modelling, and data analytics and associated services and technologies.
• Guide CT/OT programs and solution architects, driving alignment with enterprise direction and reference architecture.
• Lead the use of industry-standard architectural and Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) delivery methods and modelling standards within the architectural domain.


Key knowledge and experience:
• Extensive industry experience in a similar role
• Well-developed understanding of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and Archimate.
• Well-developed understanding of key OT frameworks such as ISA95 and ISA99.
