My client is a leading health tech business We are looking for a Business Analyst to support them on a strategic hire for the next 12 months with a view to possible extension.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, takes initiative, and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can pick up diverse processes and tasks.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of project deliverables
  • Deliver clear and timely communication, including executive reporting, status updates, systems integrations and project documentation.
  • Interface with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and guide them towards successful adoption and integration of new systems
  • Support and lead internal initiatives, including delivery of product features and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business Analysts) to ensure successful execution.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst– ideally in a fast growth environment
  • Technical experience in areas such API / SQL / Dev Ops
  • Experience in preparing flow diargrams and system docmentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer interaction.
  • Background in healthtech or insurance or loyalty programmes would be beneficial

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
