A leading international insurance company is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in the development and launch of new health insurance products. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to innovative health solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
 
You will work cross-functionally to gather and define business/system requirements while serving as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technical teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers and marketing to design and deliver new health insurance products based on market research and business goals.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with IT and developers to ensure that system builds align with requirements and timelines.
  • Track progress of requirement delivery and provide regular updates to project managers and leadership.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field coupled with experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the health insurance or healthcare sector. You will be proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experienced with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
 
As Business Analyst, you must have strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination skills.
