The Role:

Exciting Opportunity to work with a Multinational Organisation.  The role as an Assistant Accountant, working with a diverse team and environment.  Excellent exposure to learn and develop as an Assistant Accountant based here in Hong Kong


Responsibilities:

  • Month-end close
  • Full-function accounts payable
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Data entry
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Monthly reporting
  • Preparation of the debtors aging report
  • Other ad hoc duties to support the team

 
Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting & Finance from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in MS Excel and Microsoft office
  • Knowledge in SAP/HFM/ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available or with a maximum of 1 month notice period
