This new opportunity exists within a state government department that are wholly focused on operational excellence and end user experience, and are continually driving improvement and innovation of their services and internal processes.
The company are experiencing a positive period of transformation and improved customer focus, which includes adding value back to their employees.
As a result of positive growth, we are supporting this organisation to identify a Operations & Employee Support Team Leader to supervise the daily operations and distribution of work across a team of  HR personnel tasked with delivering efficient and effective business processes, functions and procedures related to the employment life cycle (including payroll administration, recruitment and selection, systems support, employee on boarding, return to work, injury management and claims).
You'll take a lead role in reviewing and improving the administration functions through regular analysis of key performance indicators and service level agreements and ensure the team provide an effective and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrable leadership experience, ideally within a corporate / HR function.

  • Demonstrable experience across a breadth of operational life cycle activities including organisational structures, learning and development activities and qualification/currency administration, recruitment and selection & on boarding.

  • Demonstrated experience supervising staff and leading a team to undertake high quality customer service outcomes and handling confidential material.

  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline - DESIRABLE
