What you’ll do:
- Lead and design in vitro & in vivo studies for oligonucleotide programs
- Develop mammalian cell-based assays for gene knockdown and functional analysis
- Drive gene expression work (qPCR, molecular biology techniques)
- Translate complex datasets into clear experimental strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally across biology, chemistry & bioinformatics teams
- Present scientific findings using GraphPad Prism
What we’re looking for:
- PhD + ~5 years (or MS + 8–10 years) in relevant biotech/pharma setting
- Strong expertise in molecular biology & mammalian cell culture
- Experience in in vivo study designs and gene expression analysis
- Exposure to oligonucleotide therapeutics / RNA-based modalities preferred
- Strong data analysis, communication & problem-solving skills
