Responsibilities:
- Design and implement quality engineering frameworks across process and technical areas of the transformation programme
- Define and execute test cases, test plans, and stress testing to ensure system and process readiness
- Lead defect tracking and root cause analysis, driving timely resolution with workstream owners
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer within contact centre, BPO, or shared services environments
- Strong expertise in defining test strategies, QA plans, and executing test cases for large‑scale technology implementations
- Solid grounding in quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to lead defect tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution across transformation programmes
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to embed quality controls and ensure adoption of standards
- Based in or able to relocate to Manila on short notice, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
