Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end consolidation of office and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient space utilisation and business continuity.
- Manage warehouse relocation activities, including site selection, commercial negotiations, and transition planning.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful programme delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of project or programme management experience delivering real estate, facilities, or supply chain consolidation projects.
- Proven experience managing warehouse or distribution centre relocations, including site selection, leasing, and fit-out activities.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop lease-versus-3PL business cases and negotiate with landlords and logistics providers.
- Demonstrated capability to lead complex asset consolidation and relocation programmes from planning through execution.
- Experience managing the movement and operational continuity of high-value technical assets in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and govern programme risks, budgets, and delivery outcomes.
