Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, managing enterprise applications, technology projects, or digital platforms.
- Proven track record in overseeing enterprise application operations, incident management, change management and service governance.
- Strong expertise in vendor management, stakeholder coordination and budget tracking for technology initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments, preferably AWS Government Commercial Cloud, and tools such as GitLab and SHIP-HATS.
- Solid knowledge of payment systems, API integrations, cybersecurity, compliance and operational risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and operational issues independently.
