Requirements
- Proven experience as Product Manager or equivalent capacity who has the ability to understand product requirements from both business and technical perspectives.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Preferred to have experience using software development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint) and exposure to SaaS platforms, AI/ML initiatives, UI/UX research, or go-to-market strategies for software products.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and motivated to continuously learn and improve workflows and processes.
