Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in manufacturing industries (e.g. Electronics Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Medical Products etc.)
- Proven track record in leading complex operations and driving operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and overall business operations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Must have strong strategic thinking, and operational excellence with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred and considered an advantage.
