Client Details
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a  Legal Secretary  to join their Corporate team, this role will support 5-7 fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals on IPO-related matters.
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the legal team.
  • Manage and coordinate with respective teams on billing, matter openings, and AML matters
  • Managing filing systems and maintaining confidentiality of legal documents.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met by monitoring and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Assisting in proofreading and reviewing documents for compliance and accuracy.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the department.
  • Other as hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' legal secretary experience from law firms, ideally with solid exposure to Capital Markets or IPO transactions
  • Experience in serving firm partner would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin), for internal and external communications
  • Chinese typing skills is essential, knowledge in Simplified Chinese required, for internal and external communications
