Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as Business Analysis, digital transformation, product delivery, or system implementation.
- Proven ability to elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Strong experience translating business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience supporting software or digital product development projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in process analysis, optimisation, and solution design to drive business improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and deliver business-focused solutions.
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working within the next month in Singapore without sponsorship.
