Do you have experience working in CTRM (commodity trading risk management) or ETRM (energy trading risk management)? My client is looking for an experience Project Manager who will work closely with the Head of Product and Product Owners for their CTRM Ecosystem Program.

The Business Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of the objectives of the Business Process Redesign (BPR) stream within the CTRM Ecosystem Program, as well as;

  • Taking full responsibility for the development of all key project documentation within the program of work and ensuring vendor delivered documentation meets the acceptance criteria
  • Managing timelines for process design, implementation and embedding of the new process (incl. organisational design change) and any interdependencies within the CTRM system implementation, interfacing processes (process touch points) and dependent projects of which the process is reliant
  • Adhering to a structured approach to proactively manage the BPR governance forum, support the product owners and head of product to build the forum pre read packs and ensure actions are addressed in a timely manner. Share the governance forum planning and outcomes with the CTRM leadership team
  • Understanding the role of the core / critical process in the organisation, challenging the status quo to simplify and dare the team to go further
  • Ensure that realistic project, quality, change control and risk management processes are maintained

Interested applicants can be based anywhere in the country and work on a flexible basis. This is a max-term contract for 2 years with the possibility of extension. Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude are imperative to be successful in this role.
