An international Financial Services company with a large regional presence are hiring a Program Manager, initially on a 12-month contract basis. Based in Singapore, the Program Manager will lead complex initiatives across multiple projects and teams to support the development and launch of new products.
 
As Program Manager, you will manage programs through the entire life cycle including program planning, execution, and delivery whilst ensuring ongoing alignment with strategic goals. You will work closely with cross functional teams across the region, engage, manage and influence stakeholders, mitigate risk across various projects and deliver measurable outcomes on time and within budget. In addition, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the program team.
 
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in program management within Financial Services, particularly launching new products. You will be equipped with a range of program/project management methodologies, have strong problem solving skills to overcome product launch complexities and have excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Singapore without sponsorship.
