A European chemicals company with a strong footprint in Asia are looking for a HR Change Manager on an initial 6-month contract. Working with regional and global leadership teams, you will play a key role in elevating the HR function in Singapore and across the region.

As HR Change Manager, you will drive HR initiatives including capability development, talent acquisition strategy and organization development. Whilst driving change management in HR, you will also be responsible for leading the function in Singapore covering HR operations, performance management and supporting leadership teams in team development and performance-building capabilities.

The successful candidate will be a proven HR professional with experience across the full spectrum of HR, coupled with a strong track record in driving transformation. You will be hands-on, capable of leading the HR function, and able to work effectively with senior leadership teams.
