A market-leading insurer with a significant footprint across Asia is seeking a Director of Financial Management & Reporting for a 12-month contract. In this senior leadership role, you will lead a high-performing team and play a pivotal part in strengthening the group’s cost management capabilities.

As Director, you’ll drive standardisation, enhance efficiency, and influence financial governance of large-scale, enterprise-wide programs. You will enhance financial governance frameworks and processes to ensure the accurate capture of project costs and address control gaps.

In addition, you will engage and collaborate with Business Units and Leadership teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality data and to develop reporting capabilities that support effective project performance tracking and governance.

The successful candidate will have extensive finance and cost management experience with a proven track record in leading large scale finance projects. You will have the ability to lead group-wide initiatives coupled with strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence cross functional teams including Group Senior Executives, BU Heads and other functional teams.
