A global manufacturer of consumer products is looking to hire a Business Process Owner (BPO) in Thailand to redefine industrial and production planning processes including performance assessment, implementation and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and align with the organisation's strategic goals.

As a Business Process Owner (BPO) you will assess current capability and existing processes/systems to enable you to enhance production planning capabilities across multiple sites in the region. You will act as the subject matter expert, ensuring alignment between business needs, technology solutions, and operational performance. This role involves managing projects, defining process requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve workflows, increase efficiency and ensure cost effectiveness.

The successful candidate will hold and Bachelors/Masters in Engineering or related field coupled with extensive experience in Supply Chain, particularly production planning, scheduling and inventory management. You must be a proven Project Manager who has led large scale regional projects (any process improvement accreditations/certifications would be advantageous – Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) and have strong knowledge of production planning processes, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and related software tools.

As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Thailand without sponsorship.
