Our client, a leading NSW Government Department are looking for a Business Change & Communications Specialist to join their team for 12 months with high potential for extension. This role will provide change communications services across a range of projects within the Program Delivery team that sits within Corporate IT.
Working in the Change Management Practice this role works closely with Program, Project and Change Managers to plan, develop and implement change communications across a number of projects and program areas. This work includes:
Developing and implementing communications plans for new and in flight projects
Developing communications artefacts in a variety of mediums including infographic and digital for new and in flight projects
Drafting and refining communications content for projects
Developing training materials for new and in flight projects
Preparing content for internal and external distribution including providing regular updates on progress and achievements of projects across the Program
Producing and maintaining forums and communication channels to support and promote program progress
Develop case studies on completed projects to profile the work and achievements of the team
Where required, working with Corporate Communications and other communications counterparts to produce artefacts and syndicate communications and information to the relevant audiences
Maintain content on the Program Delivery SharePoint page
Develop and distribute the Program Delivery newsletter and manage the social pages
To be eligable for this position you will have:
Previous experience working in a simialt role in a Government Department
Have communications and change management experince
Experince providing strategic advice
