Richard Bradshaw

Richard is the CEO and Managing Director for Ethos BeathChapman (EBC) Asia, and a Managing Partner of EBC Europe. He started his career in London with the global talent and recruitment firm Hays, where he specialised in headhunting executive appointments across various financial services niches. Since moving to Singapore in 2010 Richard has held a number of Asia leadership positions. In his 18 years of experience, he has personally delivered over 300 executive placements and overseen thousands more across his teams. Currently based in Singapore, he's responsible for the leadership and growth of EBC‘s 8 offices in Asia and in Europe, spanning multi-industry servicing and circa 100 staff.

In his work, Richard is particularly passionate about career and personal development, inclusivity and diversity and championing forward-thinking & progressive ways of working. His and EBC’s grand objectives include assisting clients, candidates and colleagues alike with long-term in-depth market knowledge, strong service delivery orientation and the ability to unearth very hard-to-find technical candidates.

He holds a degree from the University of Bath and a number of industry accreditations such as MRec, and Cert RP. In his spare time, Richard is a keen sports enthusiast, loves to travel and is bordering on obsessive when spending time with his french bulldog, Nova.
