In his role, Joel specialises in corporate banking recruitment. He started his career with a leading recruitment firm and now has close to 5 years of experience in banking & financial services. He is one of the go-to corporate banking experts in Singapore which also paved the way for him to rise through the ranks. He holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.

Joel puts service delivery and trust as his work ethos - both clients and candidates have given him compliments for his service.

Outside of work, Joel tries to hit the gym often, plays the guitar & has a huge passion for football and supports Arsenal FC.
