Sihong is the Early Talent Attraction Lead, APAC at GSK. She oversees the recruitment, marketing and attraction of Early Talent programmes including the Future Leaders (graduate) programme, internships and apprenticeships. She brings more than 10 years’ experience in Early Talent recruitment, cutting across public service, banking and bioparma industries. She is passionate about her role in bridging current and recent grads with the opportunities within GSK, and helping students navigate their career options.
Judy Heng - Head of HR WuXi AppTec
Judy serves as the HR Executive Director at WuXi AppTec, overseeing HR while establishing an innovative model and supporting a Singapore R&D site startup. With 27+ years of international HR expertise across sectors like medical device, aerospace, and marine, she excels in talent acquisition, startup setup, L&D, DEI, and change management. Judy's achievements span renowned companies including GE Healthcare, Shell, and Rolls-Royce. Holding an Executive MBA and a Business Studies degree in HRM, she's a dedicated coach, empowering others in career management and change. Adept at navigating complex global matrices, she's a proven leader in fast-paced environments, fostering government relations and strategic planning.
Piers Atkinson - Associate Director Ethos BeathChapman
Associate Director for Life Sciences covering South East Asia, Piers leads a team working with Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Biotech Clients. His team specialise in recruiting for roles across Technical and Commercial positions. Piers has 10 years’ experience within recruitment across the Life Science space and has placed people across the globe specifically Singapore, US, Hong Kong, UK, Europe, Malaysia and Australia. He has a history of working with a mix of large MNC’s and exciting new start-ups that at the time people wouldn’t have heard of. He started his career in the UK before moving to Singapore 5 years’ ago building Life Science recruitment teams wherever he has been.
