- Lead oligonucleotide (siRNA/ASO) chemistry programs from early discovery to development
- Drive innovation in oligo chemistry, conjugation strategies, and targeted delivery
- Oversee and collaborate with global CROs and external partners
- Support IP strategy and transition of novel modalities into development
Requirements
- PhD in Organic Chemistry or related field
- Deep expertise in oligonucleotide, nucleoside, and nucleotide chemistry
- Proven leadership in RNA drug discovery environments
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (bilingual capability required) and comfortable operating at the interface of China and global R&D teams
- Able to work effectively across global, cross-cultural teams
