EBC is partnering with a leading iconic brand in Singapore to hire a Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management. This role sits within HR under Culture, Engagement & Learning, but plays a pivotal role in driving a large-scale technology transformation.
 
The Opportunity

This role has a dual mandate:
  1. Lead Change Management for a Technology Migration
    You will drive stakeholder alignment, conduct readiness and impact assessments, design communications and training strategies, and ensure strong user adoption - ultimately delivering measurable productivity outcomes across the organization.
  2. Build Enterprise-wide Change Capability
    Beyond the immediate project, you will help establish a structured OCM operating model - developing frameworks, playbooks, tools, and a network of Change Champions to embed sustainable ways of working across divisions.
 
This is a people-focused transformation role. You will influence senior stakeholders, accelerate adoption, and create lasting behavioural change across the organization.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:
  • Has led multi-location technology adoption programs
  • Excels in stakeholder management at senior levels
  • Can operate both strategically and hands-on
  • Ideally has formal OCM certification (e.g., Prosci)
