Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs and user problems into clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery plans, managing sprints, releases, and prioritisation.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor assessments (features, pricing, positioning, SLAs) to ensure products remain competitive and differentiated.
- Coordinate with external vendors and solution partners, overseeing integrations and establishing supporting operational and support workflows.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, analyse user behaviour, and incorporate feedback to continuously enhance usability and performance.
- Provide post-launch support, including user education, issue analysis, and continuous optimisation.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 4+ years of experience in product management or product development within consumer-facing mobile or web products.
- Strong user-first mindset with solid analytical capability; exposure to SQL or analytics tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable leading initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as this role will work closely with China-based vendors/
