Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong product management capabilities including product strategy, roadmap planning, backlog prioritisation, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience conducting market and user research, translating insights into product improvements and measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with business, engineering, and design teams to deliver products iteratively in an Agile environment.
- Strong ownership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage trade-offs and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics, adoption, and performance dashboards while managing risks related to quality, privacy, and operational readiness.
